ScanSource Europe brings Pioneer POS to European market

ScanSource Europe, the value-added distributor of POS and barcoding solutions, will distribute Pioneer POS's range of touchscreen products in Europe. Initially, ScanSource Europe will stock Pioneer POS's all-in-one products, known for their competitive price-quality value and fully configurable flexibility.

ScanSource has been the main distribution partner of Pioneer POS in North America since 1997, and, with this agreement, expands the relationship to Europe. In doing so, ScanSource continues its commitment to providing a true one-stop-shop for resellers' POS requirements and can now offer full multi-vendor POS solutions within the three key price brackets: resellers can choose the solution they need depending on their end-customer's requirements.

"Pioneer POS's products have an impressive range of easy-to-install add-ons, which are easily replaceable without the need to change the entire unit. ScanSource resellers will have access to Pioneer POS's S-Line series, an all-in-one touch computer with integrated 3-inch thermal printer. They will also benefit from Pioneer POS's online configuration tool, another example of the vendor's strong focus on flexibility. Resellers can select from a wide variety of specifications and options to create the system they need; the tool then generates the lead time and a part number, which can be sent to a ScanSource Account Manager. ScanSource has a team of Account Managers purely dedicated to the POS vertical, as well as an EPOS BDM, who all work to help resellers improve their POS business.
