Blackroc Distribution and Impinj sign UK distribution agreement

Impinj has entered a formal distribution agreement with Blackroc Distribution of Staffordshire, UK to provide its RFID reader and antenna products in the UK and Ireland. Blackroc has a long pedigree within the field of RFID. Impinj is a provider of UHF Gen 2 RFID solutions and identified Blackroc as a natural selection for distribution of its technology in UK. The Blackroc Distribution model is deeply rooted as a value-added distributor, and has the technical capability of supporting experienced and new resellers alike in complex technologies. This approach offers opportunities for resellers to procure Impinj RFID products with the support of a partner with extensive knowledge of the Technology.

Blackroc and Impinj are looking to encourage more and more resellers to become active in the field of RFID and will be hosting RFID workshops as well as providing a host of services to help support and educate Resellers who want to expand their solutions using RFID. In addition to this readily available training Blackroc has a well-equipped demonstration facility in Stafford, which is freely offered to Blackroc Resellers for meetings and working demonstrations for their potential customers.
