Datamax-O'Neil appoints Maxatec as Value Added Distributor

Maxa Technologies (Maxatec), specialist supplier of hardware and services to the Mobile, Automatic Identification and EPOS market sectors, has announced that manufacturing giant, Datamax-O'Neil, has appointed them as Value Added Distributor (VAD) for their broad range of mobile label and receipt printers in varied printing widths.  This will also include the recently launched Datamax-O'Neil RL4 4" rugged portable printer, specially designed for harsh environments such as manufacturing, warehouse and distribution applications.

Datamax-O'Neil's Valued Partner Program (VPP) for EMEA was launched in April 2010 and builds on the successful foundation that has been established for Datamax-O'Neil partners in other regions of the world.  Through Datamax-O'Neil's VPP, the company will now provide partners with additional technical and marketing support to help their business development in the EMEA region.
Maxatec has a 40 year history in the Auto ID industry and prides itself on its innovative approach and enduring relationships the company has established over the years with major manufacturers.  Unlike most of its competitors, Maxatec offers a limited range of mobile computing devices and mobile printers enabling the company to focus on one or two product sets and position itself as a specialist distributor for each of its suppliers as well as deliver a superior service to its customers.
