Aia Software expands partner program to meet demand for Customer Communication Management tools

Aia Software a leading author and developer of intelligent document composition software have announced that it is expanding reseller and OEM partnerships to support growing demand for customer communication management tools. The ITP/Customer Correspondence Management (ITP/CCM) platform has been recognised for its rapid return on investment (ROI) for insurance and financial services companies.

There are literally thousands of customised macro-driven documents deployed in organisations today.  Such semi-automated solutions tend to be inflexible, costly to maintain and give rise to a greater risk of compliance failure.  The ITP Document Platform represents a more mature approach to updating and replacing these systems and our Business Owned, Business Managed, IT Controlled philosophy has been welcomed by companies looking for a better method of managing business critical documents.  In our drive to help these organisations, we will expand our reseller, ISV and OEM networks to identify, reach and support the many businesses that will benefit from ITP, said Christoffel Klimbie, Sales Director, Aia Software UK.

Aia will focus on value added resellers with experience in document and customer communications management. Aia reseller partners will benefit from revenue through expanded software sales, implementation projects and document maintenance fees.  Aia currently has a number of different partners around the world, and an established approach to supporting these relationships, along with best practices methodology for implementations.  Current international partners include PinkRoccade, Xchanging, IT-Freedom, Trace Isys, SDT and Markinson.

Analysts have recognised the solid performance of Aias ITP platform. In 2009, Aia Software was named a Strong Performer for Interactive Output in the Forrester Wave: Document Output for Customer Communications Management.  In 2009, the Total Economic Impact (TEI) study commissioned by Aia Software and conducted by Forrester Consulting found that companies that implement the ITP Document Platform can see large productivity benefits and cost savings with a risk adjusted ROI of 277 percent and a payback period of just nine months.
