Dragons Den Investor Deborah Meaden confirmed Keynote at Service Management Expo

Service Management Expo will celebrate its 25th anniversary with BRAND NEW features including two high-level lunchtime keynotes introduced for the 2009 event.

On Tuesday 22 Sept, Deborah Meaden, successful entrepreneur and Dragons Den investor will take the stage at midday on day one of the event.
