UK distributor scraps delivery charges

CCIs summer offer entitles its customers to free delivery on all orders over 500 net to the UK mainland regardless of weight or minimum order numbers when purchased online.

This offer builds upon CCIs existing partner incentives including a direct shipment service to resellers customers for no additional charge, to keep costs down and reduce the environmental impact on the supply chain.

As these tough times continue for the channel, we want to show our customer base that the company is acutely aware of the everyday challenges they face from pricing right through to geographical logistics, said Paul Evison, internet sales and marketing manager at CCI.  The company prides itself on keeping costs low and items in stock, providing real-time pricing to give our customers the best possible service in a competitive sector.  By waiving delivery charges for a limited period we hope to give something back to our partners and make sure that they have one less thing to think about when it comes to placing orders this month.
