AnyDoc Software, an industry-leading developer of automated document, data capture, and classification solutions, has been named Kodaks 2009 Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Partner of the Year at the recent Kodak Executive Summit held in San Antonio, Texas, February 9-12.

Kodak selected AnyDoc Software for this top honor based on their long-standing partnership, AnyDocs excellent reputation as a leader in the data capture market, and for the high-level integration with Kodak scanners to support product featuresincluding the ability to seed imprinter and image address values, and to support dual stream and auto color detection. AnyDocs integration provides end-users with the maximum return on their scanner investment by providing all features available, obtaining peak performance, and allowing the scanner to be used for various types of documents.

We take a look at a number of different variables in making this decision, including product certification, integration, marketing activities, and business generated, said Kevin Diday, business development manager ISV Eastern Region for Kodak. In the end, AnyDoc Software earned our ISV of the Year award.

AnyDoc Software has certified Kodak scanners through the TWAIN interface, supporting all features shown within the Kodak TWAIN user interface using OCR for AnyDoc. AnyDoc and Kodak are also collaborating on Kodaks Capture Pro software scanning integration to feed images, metadata, and system data into OCR for AnyDoc.
