GeBE Printer in Plastic Housing Prints 200 m/s, even Tickets

GeBE Elektronik und Feinwerktechnik GmbH, the specialist for miniature printers in Germering near Munich, has expanded their product portfolio with the high speed thermal printer MULDE High Speed (GPT-6753) with integrated cutter. The 3" printer is designed for POS and ticket applications. With its print speed of up to 200 mm per second, it provides for a fast issuing of the printed matter, a feature that is in great demand, especially in this field. Papers with the thickness of tickets (max. 140m) can be transported and cut.

When Everything Has to Happen Fast

The efficient GeBE printer in plastic housing prints up to 200 mm/sec, even graphics with a high resolution of 203 dpi. The integration in an existing system can be performed cost-efficiently and conveniently though a simple cut-out, in which the printer is inserted and screwed in place. The MULDE High Speed uses standard paper rolls with a width and a maximum diameter of 80 mm. At a cash register, where speediness is a must, the Easy Loading technology for paper roll exchanging is extremely helpful, since tedious threading of paper during the exchange is no longer necessary. Printing can be continued immediately after the insertion of the new paper roll and the closing of the lid.

Receipt or Ticket Stationary or Mobile

The GeBE MULDE GPT-6753 is able to process papers with a thickness of 60m to140m without any problems, which makes it ideal for ticket applications, i.e. in busses. After the cutter has cut of the ticket, it can be removed without having to pull. GeBE is offering the standard versions of this printer with RS232 and USB interfaces. Drivers for Windows XP and Windows CE are available.
