OKI strengthens RED channel incentive scheme

OKI Printing Solutions has moved its channel partner incentive scheme, RED fully online and made it much simpler to use as a result.

RED allows OKI resellers to earn points for sales achieved and exchange those points for a selection of prizes. Unlike most programmes of its type, it runs continuously and is not limited to a specific time-period, or product. The scheme is extremely flexible and enables resellers to run targeted and tactical promotions.

Andrew Hall, marketing manager, OKI Printing Solutions, says, while the redemption process has always been online, RED did previously rely on a labour-intensive paper-based claims procedure. In contrast, the new improved scheme is fully automated.  Points are allocated instantly, based on serial number recognition and verification of sales, making the process quicker and easier for resellers.

RED, which is open to all OKIs authorised channel partners, employs what is believed to be the most comprehensive awards catalogue in the industry. It offers over 23,000 prizes, has 24 different types of redeemable vouchers and covers OKIs complete range of colour and mono printers, MFP and fax-based solutions.
