Vocollect achieves 100% partner certification target in less than six months

Vocollect, a world leader in Voice-Directed Work, has announced that its EMEA partner network has successfully completed the Vocollect Voice Partner Programme (VVPP).

All 44 established partners in EMEA, including VoiteQ, Zetes, Heavey RF and Psion Teklogix, will now be recognised as Vocollect Voice Certified Partners.  Working with its partners, Vocollect achieved its certification target for 2008 in less than six months and certified 425 Vocollect Voice Certified professionals. 
 
The VVPP, rolled out in Europe in January 2008, was set-up to provide end-user customers with the guarantee of professional competency and service across Vocollect's global network of resellers and supply chain partners. The VVPP is the first of its kind in the voice industry. It provides customers with the assurance that its Voice partners have the right knowledge, quality training and capabilities to ensure Voice delivers its full range of potential business benefits across the supply chain environment.  To ensure the rigorous VVPP standards are maintained, partners will need to renew their certification annually.
 
The benefit of the programme for Vocollect's Certified Voice Partners is the ability to demonstrate a high level of experience and competence when competing to win new business. By achieving Certified Partner status they show that they have the knowledge and understanding needed to help customers achieve top levels of operating performance. To achieve the high standard required, entire teams, from sales through to implementation and technical support, have been trained and certified by Vocollect. The program provides partners with the right tools, knowledge and skill sets to sell, service and support Vocollect Voice.
