Handheld expands to the Italian market

Handheld Europe has announced its expansion into the Italian market with the start of a new subsidiary, Handheld Italia Srl.

The company is located in Rome and will be led by Managing Director Leonardo DAngelo. Mr. DAngelo has for the past 20 years been involved in the hardware business in leading positions dealing with customers in the military, institutional and telecommunications sectors.   

The growth of rugged computing on the Italian market is very strong and the wide range of quality products Handheld has to offer makes for a very exciting combination. Handheld have a successful track record already on the Italian market and we look forward to continue to build on that success, said Leonardo DAngelo Managing Director Handheld Italia Srl.

Handheld Italia is offering rugged handheld computers, tablets and PDAs, including the TDS Nomad, Recon and Ranger as well as the Algiz 8, Algiz 13 and the M3 product family.
