Confirming the success with which the Avaya Channel Programme has been received by the reseller community Tony Parish, Managing Director, G3 Telecommunications added, Avaya has recently changed and improved its Channel Partner Programme to encourage business growth within the channel. The success of the new programme is largely down to a big push from everyone at Avaya and the new online tools that make it easier to track, submit and monitor activities.
Avaya fended off competition from Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix Systems, Mitel and Entuity to collect the award.
