Double-Take Software, Inc., a leading provider of recovery solutions, has announced the details of its enhanced UK and Ireland channel programme. The channel structure is now split into two tiers: reseller and partner.
Partner organisations have been further segmented as a Solution Partner, a Volume Partner or a Managed Service Provider. With this clear separation of partners by business type and the migration of current partners to the new programme almost complete, Double-Take Software is well positioned to create further growth in the UK and Ireland.
Ian Masters, UK sales director at Double-Take Software, said, "As an ISV with an established brand, we've grown to the point where we need to develop specific support programmes around clusters of partners with similar needs. The new structure provides our partners with certainty of what support we will provide and how we can help them grow."
Double-Take Software has developed support programmes in line with the new structure to provide the best possible level of support to the channel. Amongst this support, Double-Take Software will provide free engineer training and Not For Resale software to use within customer demonstrations. Double-Take Software will also ring-fence marketing development funds to support the channel and provide pre-configured marketing campaigns, including direct mail, electronic mail and telemarketing services.
