New partnership delivers a complete On-Demand document scanning, archiving and retrieval service
Easy Software UK, supplier of integrated document management, workflow and archive solutions has announced a new partnership with Scanned and Delivered, an online document scanning and retrieval service provider. EASYs world class document management and workflow technology has been selected to underpin the Scanned and Delivered range of Internet-based document scanning and retrieval services expanding the service to incorporate full document management and workflow capabilities.
Scanned and Delivered was founded in 2002 and offers a range of outsourced document scanning and retrieval services from document scanning and backfile conversion, to forms capture, invoice processing. Most recently the company launched a new online service offering significant benefits to organisations operating in with a distributed environment to scan and retrieve documents from anywhere in the organisation without the expense and infrastructure costs associated with buying scanners, software and retrieval workstations. Scanned and Delivereds Internet Imaging Suite is a service that enables organisations to scan and retrieve documents from any location they choose and typically at a monthly cost of around 150.00 per month.
Now, thanks to the new partnership with EASY SOFTWARE, Scanned and Delivered can offer its clients full document management, archive and workflow capabilities as part of their on demand document service.
