Masternaut has signed an exclusive agreement with Road Angel with an estimated value of GBP 5 million.

The agreement covers the supply of Road Angels new Nav 9000 Professional; the most sophisticated device of its type on the market.  It combines satellite navigation with advanced driver safety features including safety camera and accident blackspot alerts.  As the UKs leading telematics provider, the agreement will further strengthen Masternauts position enabling the company to enhance its range of driver and vehicle management services based on a single in vehicle device.

The Nav 9000 Professional is the most sophisticated combined satellite navigation and driver safety system from Road Angel. With a compact yet high visibility touch screen display, integrated satellite positioning and mobile communications the Nav 9000 Professional alerts the driver to safety hazards on route.  Real time alerts include the location of safety cameras and accident blackspots, speed limits, congestion, roadworks and adverse weather that may impact on driving conditions. With its integrated GPRS SIM card the Nav 9000 Professional is set to become in-vehicle unit of choice for Masternauts own mobile resource management applications.
