Partner accreditation is the first of its kind in Ireland
Zebra Technologies, the global supplier of on-demand printing solutions, has expanded its presence in the Irish market by granting Zetes-Blackbird an Authorised Service Partner Accreditation. The accreditation, known as ZASP, will allow the reseller to offer full engineering support and spare parts for Zebra printers.
Through the accreditation, Zetes-Blackbird has created a comprehensive service for its end users. Currently, the company is a leading Irish supplier of Zebra printer media and support services.
Zetes-Blackbird is the Irish division of pan-European company Zetes Industries. A systems integrator of auto-ID and enterprise mobility, Zetes-Blackbird provides individually numbered durable labels for high-value goods such as laptops and computer hardware. The ZASP accreditation means that Zetes-Blackbird can now undertake warranty repair work and guarantee service levels that are in line with the high standards set by Zebra.
The accreditation will help to increase the efficiency of our partnership with Zebra and help us to better serve in our customer base which includes high profile multi-national clients through to indigenous Irish SMEs, said Barry Long, sales manager at Zetes-Blackbird. Our printing solutions are used in industrial environments when hardware downtime is simply not an option. Thanks to the ZASP accreditation, not only does the customer now have access to the whole range of skills and spare parts due to our strengthened portfolio, but we can also give faster responses, and maintenance will always be undertaken by trained, authorised individuals.
