DEVELOP launches multifunctional ineo+ 300/351
Of course most office documents are printed in black and white. But many firms now know that a splash of colour adds to the impact of their business documents, e.g. by highlighting key messages. Up till now, they have often had to do without colour because their printing volume did not justify a separate colour machine. The solution, of course, would be a system that prints colour cost-effectively. The new ineo+ 300/351 from DEVELOP is just such a solution, delivering up to 30/35 pages per minute in colour or b/w and serving as a top-quality copier, scanner and fax as well.
DEVELOPs ineo+ 300/351 Product Manager, Patrick Klaus, explains why the new machine makes sound business sense in an office environment: You can now print in colour or add highlight colour to a black-and-white document to increase their impact. Even if your colour printing volume is low, the ineo+ 300/351 operates inexpensively. And if the demand for colour printing grows, you dont need to switch systems because the ineo+ 300/351 is just as cost-efficient at higher volumes.
Economical colour professional functionality
The ineo+ 300/351 combines economical colour printing in outstanding quality with all the functionality diversity of a b/w machine. Investing in this multifunctional system brings an immediate roIe because it can replace up to four stand-alone machines: copier, desktop printer, scanner and fax. As a printer or copier, it delivers 30/35 A4 pages per minute (17/17 A3) in full colour or b/w. The polymerised ineo toner ensures high output quality while consuming less toner than conventional products. As a scanner and fax, the ineo+ 300/351 can outperform many monofunctional models. Maximal 65 originals per minute in A4 and duplex scanning are features no desktop scanner can match. The fax option provides PC fax capabilities in a network essentials in an office environment.
Wide choice of media banner printing
The new systems multifunctionality does not come at the expense of media diversity. Possibly the most exciting feature is 297 x 1,200 mm banner printing very unusual in an office system. The ineo+ 300/351 prints from A6 to A3+ and up to 256/gm, even in duplex mode. Such media diversity is matched by sophisticated finishing features. Besides stapling, punching and folding, the system offers automatic booklet-making or mail-bin sorting functions. Offices where space is at a premium will be particularly interested in the new machines compact design with an embedded finishing unit.
Ease of operation no training needed
Office users are rightly sceptical about the ease of use claims made about many printing systems. But the ineo+ 300/351 really is easy to use. The clearly designed operating panel has a delightfully simple menu architecture so that all the systems functions can be intuitively accessed in no time at all. The ineo print controller (with PCL and PS functionality) is a standard feature of the ineo+ 300/351. Businesses with more demanding graphics applications may well be interested in the optional Fiery controller, whose numerous features include colour management, colour calibration and ICC profile generation.
For offices that have traditionally printed in black and white but now feel the time has come to add some colour to their business documents, the ineo+ 300/351 is an interesting solution.
