European leader in plastic card customization solutions, Evolis is launching its second generation of dual-sided Dualys color printers.

Increasingly sophisticated cards

Since its conception, the Dualys has incorporated all the latest encoding technologies, from the ISO or JIS2 magnetic stripes to smart cards with or without contact (RFID).

All these encoding options can be combined, resulting in 26 different models in the Dualys line. This range of options allows the customization of multi-technology cards in a single pass.

All of these possibilities pave the way for innovative applications in many sectors: identification, biometric security, leisure, loyalty, transportation, education and banking.

Innovation and performance

The logic-seeking image processing, as well as a new cleaning concept for dual-sided cards, guarantee high-quality prints that are comparable to photographic quality.

Designed as much for occasional printing as well as volume customization, this second-generation model is equipped with a 100-card capacity feeder and receptacle.

Another innovation: the optional manual card feeder instantly turns the Dualys into a front-desk printer. Its rate of 125 dual-sided cards/hour makes it the fastest printer in its class.

An office environment

Its new and more compact design means it fits easily into any environment. The Dualys benefits from the latest in office technology: monitor port, user support via didactic video clips.

In addition, each model comes equipped with the standard eMedia Card Designer software, which makes it possible to create and edit badges. The new Dualys also comes with a two-year warranty (printer and print head) for an unlimited number of passes.

The basic model is available at the retail price of 2790.
