Leading identification specialist Databac Group is looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to manage the sales operation and drive and increase channel and end user sales within the UK and abroad. A good motivator, he or she will have excellent team development and management skills and will report directly to the Managing Director. The right candidate will be a skilled account manager at the highest level, with a positive, creative attitude towards finding the right solutions for clients. In addition, he or she will maintain and forge good relationships with industry partners.
He or she will be professional, dynamic and innovative in tackling new and existing market sectors. A long-term vision will be paired with an eye for detail. An understanding of the security printing and card manufacturing industry would be useful, particularly experience in smart card production and application.
A second language (French, German or Spanish) is an advantage.
The position offers great prospects for the right person. Salary 33,000 with bonus relating to targets and meeting objectives.
