Launched on January 30th, 2006 smartfundit is enjoying great press, analyst and customer interest for its independent software financing marketplace where vendors can simply and transparently finance their customers procurement of software. Powerforms joins a growing list of vendors representing sales intelligence, financial management, document management, ERP, business intelligence and forms management suppliers who have all chosen smartfundit to manage their software funding programmes.

Powerforms specialises in extracting and transforming information from systems that offer inadequate output functionality and then archives the information providing extensive search and retrieval capabilities. Offering a component-based, scaleable system, Powerforms is suitable for small through to large implementations.

Christer Nilssen is CEO of Powerforms Scandinavia and comments, We have recognised the importance of offering our customers flexible licensing and payment options to remove budgetary issues and give the customer greater freedom to try out software without large upfront investments. Therefore we have adopted a subscription licensing sales model and smartfundit.com complements that offering with simple, transparent financing that leaves us in control of the sale. Christer adds, smartfundit empowers us to focus on developing and selling software.

We are delighted to welcome Powerforms to smartfundit commented Justin Floyd, Chairman of smartfundit. The momentum since our launch has been staggering and we are close to realising our vision of a marketplace where software vendors can exchange ideas, find services partners and successfully achieve the transition to subscription licensing.
