Knowledge of relevant solutions sets, product line specifications, performance criteria and applications.

Ability to install CE 4.x , CE.net, PPC, and Palm operating systems and effectively diagnose systems (and above) level issues.
Understanding of SNMP, MSS Architecture, RMON and TMN.
Understands TELCO/CARRIERs and NSPs, Enterprise/SMB and/or equivalent business model.
Experience with project management and resource tracking techniques.
Knowledge of software and/or hardware, testing and implementation.
Education Typically requires BS/BA (EE/CS) or equivalent.
CCNP & CCDP (OR EQUIVALENTS) Certification mandatory
Experience 4+ years-related experience.
Symbol product experience or relevant experience in key competitor offerings in technology area of emphasis isrequired.
Vertical markets solutions planning, Implementation and Operational background is required.
Network Design background highly desired.
