DAP Technologies Promotes Brian Aldham to Director of Marketing and Service

DAP Technologies, a leading manufacturer of rugged mobile computing solutions and services, has promoted Brian Aldham to the newly created role of Director of Marketing and Service. Brian has more than 25 years of experience in the mobile service industry, including two and a half years at DAP.

In his new role, Aldham will guide and oversee DAPs customer service in all its commercial applications, including tier one technical help, order and repair processing, telephone assistance and any other customer interface related to commercial issues. He will also continue to be responsible for marketing and inside sales on a global basis. He will be based at the companys head office in Qubec City.

Brian has made a significant contribution to the growth and success of DAP Technologies, both in customer service and in marketing, said Michael Gioseffi, General Manager of DAP Technologies. His extensive background and knowledge of the mobile industry particularly in North America and Europe will add substantial value as DAP continues its growth in these markets.

A seasoned senior executive, Aldham has held roles in business development, project management, hardware development and product management within the rugged segment of the industry. He most recently served as DAPs product manager, responsible for the international development of the Microflex line of ergonomic and rugged mobile computer platforms and solutions.
