Partners will also receive technical training and certification through the Program, which is designed to enable partners to benefit from and leverage McDATAs experience and expertise. Better understanding of how McDATA products can enable more effective and robust infrastructures for customers will also enable partners to expand and develop their own customer services and support.
Three levels of partnership are on offer to VARs Elite, Premier and Select, and two to VADs Master Distributor and VAD. The level at which partners can join is determined by revenues, business plan and certification.
