ACAL gets top marks in the distribution of storage networking solutions

An independent survey demonstrates that value added distributor,
ACAL Storage Networking provides exceptional levels of customer service
and continues to offer true added value for its channel partners across
Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

The annual channel survey, conducted in June and July 2005, examined the
recent experiences and opinions of 120 value added resellers (VARs) and
integrators in EMEA. ACAL's commitment to technical excellence and first
class customer service has not gone unnoticed. An unprecedented 97% of
respondents stated that they were satisfied with ACAL's overall service. Of
these 74% were very satisfied, representing an outstanding 50% increase in
very satisfied customers, surpassing the high satisfaction standards
achieved in 2004.

"At ACAL we focus on delivering the best. This year's excellent results
show that our proactive approach towards partners continues to reap
rewards," commented Paul Reeve, Director at ACAL Storage Networking.
"During the past year we have deployed more local resources and tailored our
services to meet our customers' requests."

Moreover, the survey reported exceptional levels of service in the key areas
of sales, order management and technical support.

Sales contact at ACAL scored a brilliant 100% satisfaction rating, in
particular for the helpfulness of the account teams and ease of getting
sales information. Arian Everitt, Account Director of Keltec Limited in the
UK, declared, "ACAL Storage Networking's product knowledge is extremely
good; they are flexible in their approach and very competitive. This allows
us to give a fast, accurate response to our customers. They are unequalled
in storage networking."

Just over half of those surveyed use ACAL's dedicated technical support, the
rest having in house capabilities. Users were unanimous in their
appreciation of the service, with 100% being satisfied with ACAL's
assistance. Gocelyn Al Adwani, Executive Vice President of STME Limited in
the Middle East, paid tribute to the knowledge and expertise of the team,
saying, "Although we have our own in house expertise, ACAL know what they're
talking about and we can rely on them to give the right advice when we need
it. They're a first class distributor."

ACAL's focus on getting logistics right first time has paid of, with 99.1%
of respondents saying they are pleased with its flexible, quick response
order management. This is more than double the percentage from last year.
Robert Houser, Business Unit Manager of Computacenter AG & Co. oHG in
Germany, said, "ACAL is fast, reliable and competent and outperforms our
expectations of a value added storage networking distributor. We enjoy the
partnership."

Not surprising, 99% of VARs and integrators said that they will continue to
work with ACAL in the future.

"We are delighted that we continue to get such impressive feedback from our
channel partners," concluded Reeve. "However, this is a not a static market
and there have been a lot of good suggestions about how we can remain top of
the class moving forward. We'll be embracing those suggestions and keeping
the dialogue open to ensure we get full marks in 2006."
