DocuLex has introduced a simplified electronic document management system under the name ArchiveStudio, enabling small- and mid-size businesses ease of information organization and access.

DocuLexs ArchiveStudio application provides companies of all sizes ease-of-use and time-saving management ability of must-keep information, states Tim Nissen, Marketing Director of DocuLex. There was need to combine all facets of electronic document management into a single software studio format befitting a small-businesss budget and staff availability, so we created ArchiveStudio for them. Utilizing a digital copier or production scanner, Goby Capture provides electronic document conversion with content indexed for ease of organization, with WebSearch providing secured access, full-text content search and retrieval of stored documentation from any location. Once retrieved, WebSearch allows options for document printing and emailing as needed.
