Emerson Network Power announces that, with effect from July 11, a new global service will be launched for the support of UPS systems below 30kVA power rating.
These support services, reached through the call center via a free phone number, give access to an experienced technical team comprising Application Engineers and experts on UPS, business critical continuity, ICT applications and associated electrical problems./MORE
The service platform will be available, worldwide, to resellers and distributors in the ICT channel, companies and end users, in fact anyone looking for solutions to improve the performance of their UPS, or seeking more information about power quality issues and applications.
Initially the service will be available in English with more European languages to follow. The call center will operate 24 hours a day, Monday to Friday, for free advice and information about a wide range of issues, including:
analysis of operating problems and troubleshooting
product features and benefits
correct equipment installation
compatibility with the enterprise ICT environment
UPS configuration issues
identification of the protection level required according to the UPS technology (off-line, line interactive or on-line) deployed within the organization
