The EMSP is a dedicated infrastructure for effectively supporting Value Added Resellers and System Integrators who wish to sell VPN security products in a simpler, more profitable manner to small and medium sized enterprises (SME). Partners will enjoy a direct relationship with Eicon to enhance technical skills and knowledge, create sales opportunities and promote the benefits of working with EMSPs.
This direct relationship provides a high level of contact with Eicon through programme benefits such as a named Account Manager, local pre-sales technical support and post sales technical support direct from Eicon. Other valuable services include evaluation units for projects, sales training courses to get resellers up and running quickly and local marketing support.

Suitable for companies of any size, the Shiva product range scales from five to 10,000 concurrent VPN tunnels using IPSec, SSL and Shiva Smart Tunnelling, (which is faster and simpler to connect than IPSec).
