The Internet plays a major role in the day to day running of any health organisation and NHS Lothian is no different. With over 10,000 PC users, NHS Lothian had previously used a tracking solution to monitor Internet access. However, with such a large user base and an increasing volume of Internet usage, the log files from the tracking software became too large to manage and sift through. Case study.
