The companys main product, DynamicPolicy, provides state-of-the-art web based policy management for all sizes of organisation, with current customers in the Americas varying between 50 to 50,000 employee users in number. DynamicPolicy enables management to create quickly, review and approve new policies or amend existing ones, distribute them, know that they have been understood and that their recipients agree to comply with them. It covers the complete life cycle of policies: drafting, reviewing, approving, publication and reinforcing recipients understanding with multi-choice testing. It ensures compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements as well as internal corporate policies, standards and procedures. Through its comprehensive reporting system, it is able to give management a complete overview of the status of each policy and procedure, level of understanding and acceptance for each individual employee.
DynamicPolicy is being made available on one and three year licences. It may also be purchased. Software maintenance and support is charged in addition.Zequel also provides a library of sample policy content to speed up policy creation. This includes Sarbanes-Oxley and ISO 17799.
DynamicPolicy is web based with one central server database, thus only a single copy of the most up-to-date version of each policy and related documents are published and available across the organisation. It transforms traditional hard-copy policy and procedure systems, where reliability, version control, compliance and updating were always issues for management, into cost efficient and well-managed web-based solutions accessible from anywhere with Internet connectivity.
The minimum Hardware Requirement required to run DynamicPolicy is Pentium III processor: Windows 2000 Server O/S: 512 MB of RAM: 2GB disc space: Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher. For a user employee, virtually any PC with a browser may be used
DynamicPolicys management cycle consists of: the creation or importing of content; the review and amendment of draft policies by participating line management; the approval of policies once reviews have been completed by assigned approvers; the publishing of policies, with attachments (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint or .PDFs) where required to aid understanding, to the whole or selected parts of an organisation; the education and testing of recipients to ensure policy understanding; the recipients agreement to comply with received policies.

Implementation Zequel consultants are always on hand to assist in this implementation phase, helping customers with the initial drafting, review and approval process to publishing to employees, assisting with the definition of policy quizzes and running reports.
Customer Lifecycle Review Service - This includes audits and reviews of policies and procedures, recommending changes where necessary to ensure continued optimum performance. This service includes the organisation of a quarterly workshop at which adherence to policies and procedures and their effectiveness are reviewed, priorities set, and a rolling 12-month plan updated and agreed.
