Quask Builds Channel in the UK for New FormFlow Product

Quask provides entry-level and advanced solutions for browser-based data collection, analysis, workflow and business process management.  Quask products are used worldwide in the fields of workflow, BPM, web design, sales and marketing, CRM, HR, e-commerce, education, and more. The company is  looking to establish a highly qualified network of Quask Solution Providers. Freddy May, the company's CEO, discusses the way forward.


Q: What is Quasks route to market?

A: Quask currently sells its online data collection solutions (FormArtist and FormServer) through a small base of Quask Solution Providers and direct to end users.  FormArtist is Quasks web-based forms and survey software and FormServer is our high-end database driven forms and survey solution. 

With the recent launch of FormFlow, our forms-driven workflow and business process management application and LiveStats, our browser-based real-time reporting and analysis tool, Quask is in the early stages of building a channel in the UK and US to sell these solutions.  We are looking to establish a highly qualified network of Solution Providers who have the capability to install, implement, configure and train end users on our workflow/BPM and reporting applications. 

We do not deal with distributors, we sell direct to end users and through a small base of Quask Solution Providers in the UK and US. 

Q: Why do you think partners and customers choose Quask?

Q: How do you support your channel?

A: Account Management All Solution Providers are assigned an account manager.  Additional sales and implementation support is provided through our pre-and post-sales technical consulting and professional services team.  This is an effective way of bringing in expert support for sales and implementation programs, as needed.

Lead Generation In addition to providing partners with ideas on how to generate leads, Quask regularly conducts its own marketing programs to generate sales leads.  We are very effective at generating good quality leads from a variety of marketing activities, but do encourage partners to actively pursue marketing programs of their own. 

Technical Support Quask Solution Providers enjoy telephone and email based pre- and post- sales technical support.  Solution Providers are also offered sales and technical training to ensure that high standards are adhered to.

Communication Quask provides regular communications to our partners which we carry out mainly via our regular e-bulletins containing sales/marketing tips, product developments, marketplace issues etc.   

Q: What benefits and incentives do you offer to your existing partners/new partners?
