The five minute test, available at www.orgdna.com, gives an instant evaluation of an organisation, using seven defined organisational types resilient, just-in-time, military, passive-aggressive, fits-and-starts, outgrown, and overmanaged.
Employees at all levels can complete an assessment of their organisation by answering 19 simple questions at www.orgdna.com. The tool is similar to a personality assessment and produces an immediate diagnosis which can help organisations identify traits which hinder execution of strategy, whilst also identifying hidden strengths in order to improve their financial performance.
