Processing travel pass applications for over 15,000 pensioners in Jersey seemed like a mammoth task for Prodco TV. But by using form-processing software as a major part of the production system, within 3 months of implementation, the first batch of forms had been completed. Marcus Quinn explains how using the OCR/ICR technology in ABBYY FormReader product saved months of work and hundreds of man-hours.
