FormScape, the leading provider of document process automation solutions, has announced a partnership with MDSL, specialists in providing expense management solutions, to provide the only end-to-end contract management solution on the market today.

FormScape and MDSL will provide a solution that will integrate Covus, a FormScape solution, with MDSL's MDS2000 solution to streamline the processing and management of contracts. The joint solution will virtually eliminate the manual entry usually required to enter data into a contract management system, reducing costs and improving control of all aspects of contract management.

Said Darren Atkinson, FormScape's chief technology officer, "We are pleased to enter into this partnership with MDSL. With the breadth and depth of experience that both MDSL and FormScape offer, this partnership will enable us to serve multi-national corporations as well as specialized local companies interested in streamlining their document and contract management processes."

MDSL provides expense management solutions for the Financial Services, Telecommunications, Oil & Gas and Utilities industries. Covus is an enterprise solution that integrates with existing business solutions to fully automate transaction document processes for the global organization. Covus helps companies customize communication, reduce paper, and reallocate labor to deliver real-time ROI straight to the bottom line. For businesses with complex, high-volume document processes, Covus can reduce costs and tap new operational efficiencies.

Said David Toomey-Wilson of MDSL, "We are continually looking for ways to improve our solution for our customers. Our partnership with FormScape now allows our customers to automatically input documents into our market leading contract management solution. This will streamline the contract entry process, allowing our customers to see dramatic improvements in efficiency."
