Confirming its ongoing commitment to partners and customers, SSA Global, a leading provider of extended enterprise solutions and services, announced today its Certified Channel Network, a significant move to bring all partners under one program supported consistently across the globe. SSA Global will deliver and implement new accreditation and certification processes to ensure that channel partners are fully certified to provide integrated professional services, sales and support for all SSA Global solutions.

The SSA Global Certified Channel Network program is a targeted approach to deliver enhanced service and value through our partners to our customers, said Graeme Cooksley, executive vice president, SSA Global. With these accreditation and certification processes in place, customers will experience the same consistent quality of service that SSA Global provides directly, while receiving support from certified trusted partners in their local markets. The SSA Global Certified Channel Network will be especially beneficial for customers in countries where there is no SSA Global direct sales coverage as well as for customers who have specific industry needs that can be best satisfied by partners who have a specialized industry focus.

To lead this renewed channel strategy, nine-year SSA Global veteran Martin Ambrose, who most recently served as regional president of SSA Globals Asia Pacific and Japan operations, was appointed global vice president channels and business development.
