BlackSpider Appoints David York as ISP Channel Manager

Email security services company, BlackSpider Technologies, is expanding its channel team with the appointment of David York as ISP Channel Manager. York, who has 15 years experience of working with resellers, is tasked with developing the companys partnerships with ISPs, which are playing an increasingly important part in BlackSpiders channel partner programme.

An email management channel specialist, York joins from Waterford Technologies where he was UK channel manager and responsible for growing channel business 300 per cent in one year. Prior to that, he was Clearswifts IMEA (India, Middle East and Africa) channel manager, creating a new channel for Clearswifts operations in the region and growing revenues to $2.6 million.

BlackSpiders ISP clients include altoHiway, Viatel, mnet Internet (part of Margolis), and REDNET. It sells exclusively through channel partners
