ReadSoft signs agreement with CSSI for Microsoft Great Plains integration in the North America

ReadSoft has signed a strategically important partner agreement with Computer Support Services, Inc. (CSSI). The collaboration involves ReadSoft's technology for electronic invoice processing and targets the 27,500 small- to medium-sized businesses, which are using Microsoft's financial software, Great Plains.

CSSI recently developed GPx, a product that ties Microsoft's financial software Great Plains with Documentum ApplicationXtender, a leading content management solution. Through GPx, a user can attach any content, scanned documents, spreadsheet files, emails, and so on, to specific transactions inside of Great Plains. ReadSoft's patented software INVOICES will allow data from incoming invoices to be automatically extracted into the system. CSSI will resell the INVOICES technology together with their own offerings.

"This integration to Microsoft's Great Plains financial system is the next step in our strategy to integrate our INVOICES technology with leading ERP systems. Working with reselling partners such as CSSI, who possess a vertical strength in such a growing marketplace, provides customers with a fully integrated solution for Document Automation, content management and integration to Microsoft's Great Plains software," says Jan Andersson, President at ReadSoft.

"CSSI has designed its core integrator technology to embed content management applications within other enterprise applications," says Tom Erickson, Vice President of CSSI. "Integrating ReadSoft's INVOICES software to capture data directly from paper into Great Plains adds to CSSI's integrity and value as a business technology consulting company."
