The program creates an opportunity for select partners and existing customers, to deploy the new RightFax Workflow Wizard - a Captaris technology combining the Teamplate workflow solution with its market-leading Captaris RightFax enterprise fax and e-document delivery product. This new solution is the first integrated product offering providing enhanced collaboration, updating, exchanging and management of data and documents.
The RightFax Workflow Wizard enhances and extends existing RightFax capabilities by allowing information to be passed into a business process workflow for routing, approval, or further action. Information Workers can now build and deploy workflows that extend the reach of inbound and outbound information and activate processes. For example, in the financial industry, where insurance companies receive high volumes of faxes and incur high costs associated with routing faxes through the claims handling process, the RightFax Workflow Wizard solution intuitively routes faxes and initiates workflow processes, streamlining document routing and decision-making. This results in improved customer satisfaction, higher throughput, low total cost of ownership and high return on investment.

Product Availability
The launch of the first version of the RightFax Workflow Wizard is targeted at select RightFax Channel Partners and is available now to Channel Partners. Qualified partners with expertise in workflow and business process automation solutions can offer this new product to existing RightFax customers. The next updated version will be released for general availability later in the year.
