Customer Relations Company to Enhance Existing Service with ITESOFT Software

Arvato Services is set to speed up the capture and processing of numerous disparate forms for IKEA, Renault and Prisma with ITESOFT's automatic document management and data capture software, ITESOFT.FreeMind.

Part of the Bertelesman Group, Arvato Services has over 20 thousand employees, annual revenues of $20 billion, operates in 23 countries and is responsible for processing 1,300 forms per day on behalf of Renault subsidiary Geolis, 1 to 3 thousand subscription coupons for Prisma and handling all IKEA family card applications.

Astier-Vershuere, key account director with Arvato Services said: "It is essential that all customer information is collated and made instantly accessible across the business. ITESOFT's automatic document and data capture software will enable staff to respond quickly and effectively to the differing requirements of existing and potential customers."

New document management and data capture software such as ITESOFT.FreeMind, covers the whole processing chain: capture, quality control, automatic classification and identification, OCR, indexing, and management of documents. In addition ITESOFT.FreeMind automatically feeds into document and workflow management systems and CRM applications, further reducing manual input and improving data integrity.

Marketing director, Tom Fox of ITESOFT UK concluded: "As long as businesses use paper, document management and data capture will continue to be a necessity, if companies want to speed up processing and improve data integrity.

"The cost of retaining a customer is three to four times less than finding a new one. Every single business continues to receive important client information on paper. If this information is not easily accessible then it will impact on the businesses bottom line and effect customer service and customer loyalty."
