Automatic data backup on MO

Fujitsu Europe Limited has announced it is to bundle its new MO drives with Ascomp Softwares SYNCHREDIBLE synchronisation software - enabling all data to be automatically synchronised onto MO devices and making unintentional data loss a thing of the past. In a best-case scenario, data loss only entails the additional work involved in restoring missing documents, but more often than not, there is a direct financial loss. Data backup is an essential task that should not be neglected, both in the office and at home.

Fujitsu is bundling its MO drives with the Professional edition of the SYNCHREDIBLE synchronisation software from Ascomp Software GmbH. SYNCHREDIBLE provides users with a simple solution for synchronising their data, which can be performed either manually or automatically. The frequency with which the data is to be synchronised is freely selectable, as are the directories and folders to be synchronised. This means that all changes to files are automatically copied onto MO devices.

The use of assistants allows the effort involved in creating synchronisation instructions to be kept to a minimum. SYNCHREDIBLE is also network-compatible, so data synchronisation is also possible within home and corporate networks. Data can be automatically backed up onto external storage devices such as MO without difficulty, so that data loss need never be a problem again.
