This paper addresses some of the critical considerations that should be taken into account in order to successfully implement an ERP Automated Data Collection (ADC) Solution. By no means does this paper address all of the areas within the sales and implementation process. Specific attention has been brought to those areas that are often overlooked or discounted in value. There is no substitute for proper planning and preparation prior to the start of and during a project. The more thought that is put into a project up front, the greater the probability of success without unexpected problems.
