PRINTRONIX APPOINTS NEW SPARES AND SERVICES MANAGER FOR EUROPE, MIDDLE EAST AND AFRICA

Printronix, the leading producer of industrial printing solutions, has appointed Jrgen Waldhausen, an experienced industry professional in service management, as its new spares and services sales manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), reporting directly to Claus Hinge, vice president of sales and Marketing for EMEA.

Jrgen Waldhausen has 18 years service management experience and will be responsible for services, repair and spares sales for Printronix in EMEA. "His industry expertise and in-depth knowledge of service management in the IT printer sector will be instrumental in expanding our spares and services business in the EMEA region," says Claus Hinge, vice president of sales and marketing for EMEA.

Before joining Printronix, Jrgen Waldhausen has held several service management positions at Ricoh Germany and Canon Germany. Commenting on his appointment, Jrgen said, "I look forward to contributing to, and rapidly expanding the spares, repair and services activities of Printronix in EMEA. I am very pleased to be part of a great company with excellent products and I look forward to extending the excellent service support to our customers and partners in this new role."
