SATO Europe announces new operations manager

SATO is dedicated to supporting its customers with high-quality service and solutions as it rapidly expands across Europe and the Middle East. To help spearhead this mission, SATO is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Luc De Visscher as SATO Europe's new Operations Manager.

A native Belgian, Luc has extensive experience in European operations management across a range of industries. For 11 years he worked at Bridgestone Tires, culminating as Operations Manager for Eastern Europe at the European headquarters. He then spent 4 years with Novartis Consumer Health, a pharmaceutical company, as Benelux Customer Service Manager. Most recently, Luc managed Customer Service and Logistics, Benelux for Schering-Plough.

Luc brings a powerful combination of customer-focussed approach and operations management background. "My goal is to reinforce SATO's growing European presence with a foundation of strong service levels, concentrating on customer satisfaction," Luc De Visscher states.

Mr. De Visscher will manage Operations from SATO Europe's Brussels office, reporting to the Managing Director Patrick Frimat.
