Toshiba TEC joins Oracle PartnerNetwork

Toshiba TEC Corporation, a leading retail and industrial automation solutions provider, has announced that Toshiba TEC has become a member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork.
The XML interface on Toshiba TEC B-SX4 and 5 Series RFID-ready thermal printers has been upgraded to include support for Oracle’s XML interface, thus enabling out-of-the-box connectivity to Oracle Warehouse Management and Oracle Mobile Supply Chain Applications.
“Oracle Warehouse Management and Oracle Mobile Supply Chain Applications customers can now print requested labels on Toshiba TEC’s industrial barcode label printers without the need for expensive middleware,” Mike Keane, IPD Manager, Toshiba TEC Europe explained. By providing the free “Print System for XML” software tool, Toshiba TEC delivers a simple, effective solution that enables users to customise their printing output.
“The relationship between Oracle and TOSHIBA TEC moves us another step forward in our drive to deliver innovative, industry-focused solutions for Supply Chain and Logistics organizations,” Mike Keane added.
Toshiba TEC’s RFID-ready barcode label printers help significantly improve logistics processes and reduce costs to create a sustainable competitive edge for Supply Chain and Logistics operators.
