AnyDoc Reseller Results Engineering Wins 2009 Channel Connection Award
 April 02, 2009

AnyDoc Software, Inc., an industry-leading developer of automated document, data capture, and classification solutions have announced that Results Engineering, a long-standing AnyDoc value-added reseller (VAR) has won the 2009 Channel Connection Award, presented by Business Solutions magazine.

The Business Solutions Channel Connection Award recognizes a VAR or integrator for an outstanding content management technology installation that demonstrates integration complexity.

The winning nomination for Westerville, Ohio-based Results Engineering recognized an implementation of AnyDoc software at Cleveland Metropolitan School District (CMSD). Highlights include Results Engineering’s continuing dedication to project goals and requirements, meeting strict time frames, and adhering to compliance regulations.

Using OCR for AnyDoc®, CMSD now has a fully automated system for processing thousands of incoming school uniform and free and reduced meal program applications with ease. OCR for AnyDoc automatically captures and processes data from nearly any business document, eliminating the need for manual data entry.

“We’re honored to help the Cleveland Metropolitan School District and to be recognized for our work,” said Greg Boyd, president of Results Engineering. “The future of our nation and our stature in the world is directly tied to the success of our education system. Our success is the result of the district’s commitment to innovation at all levels of the organization to solve the problems facing K-12 education. It is a pleasure to engineer solutions to organizations which embrace change. Now anytime the district sees a paper problem they think of ways to apply AnyDoc software.”

With the Results Engineering implementation and the complete AnyDoc Software solution in place, CMSD achieved ROI within nine months, saving $240,000 annually in reduced labor expenses by eliminating thousands of hours of manual data entry, and eliminating the need to hire approximately 50 temporary employees. Overall, the automated solution at CMSD will help produce a total cost savings of over seven figures, paying for itself 10 times over in its first five years.

It is estimated that through the increased throughput and decreased time to complete each application, CMSD can qualify for more than $3.6 million in additional reimbursements through the federal meal program.

The Results Engineering team completed training CMSD employees for the system in one day. And, within a strict three-month time frame, the Results Engineering team completed the initial uniform and meal program application processing.

The Channel Connection Award was presented today at the Channel Pavilion at the AIIM Conference & Exposition in Philadelphia, Penn.

In addition, CMSD has been recognized as a finalist for the 2009 Carl E. Nelson AIIM Best Practices Award, presented by AIIM, the Association for Enterprise Content Management (ECM).
