Handheld bolsters management team with appointment of new Vice President of Business Development

Swedish based Handheld Group, a global supplier of rugged mobile computers, has appointed Mike Zelman as their new Vice President of Business Development as the company seeks to continue building a world class organisation and position the company for further international growth. In this newly created role Mike will lead Handheld's worldwide business development efforts and work with larger worldwide clients and with clients that require customised solutions. Mike has a broad experience in worldwide organizations and has worked in Marketing & Business Development positions throughout his career. Most recently Mike was Vice President of Marketing for Merix Corporation, a global leader in the manufacturing of printed circuit boards. Mike has also direct industry experience from his previous role as Director of Sales & Marketing at Tripod Data Systems.

Mike will start his employment with Handheld on the 5th of July and will be based in Portland, OR, USA.
