Marshal introduces aggressive pricing on web gateway

Secure email and Web gateway security provider Marshal has announced up to 50 percent discount for customers who order WebMarshal 6.0 by December 31, 2007.

Regularly priced at less than half that of competing solutions, the industry’s most comprehensive Web gateway security solution is now even more affordable for any company that wants to prevent data leakage, control Web access and provide network protection against Internet threats.

“We are confident that WebMarshal 6.0 is far superior to other Web security solution on the market and our goal is to encourage businesses big and small to put this comprehensive Web gateway security in place before the end of year. To enable customers to maximize on the value of this latest release, we decided to slash the price for all customers who place an order before 2008,” said Michael Clifford, VP Sales EMEA at Marshal. “With three times the functionality of other solution on the market, WebMarshal 6.0 is now priced at far less than half the cost of the closest competitor, making it feasible for companies with budgets of all sizes.”

WebMarshal 6.0 goes well beyond simple URL filtering to offer enterprise-class 3-in-1 Web gateway security in a single integrated package. WebMarshal 6.0 features real-time Web Access Control to monitor and manage Web browsing, including complete content scanning of all downloaded and uploaded content; Web Threat Security with URL filtering and integrated, real-time malware filtering, including anti-virus and anti-spyware; and Data Leakage Prevention to help companies enforce acceptable Internet use policies and comply with industry and government security regulations and mandates.

Existing WebMarshal customers with current maintenance agreements can upgrade to WebMarshal 6.0 free of charge.
