Ultimate Gold will allow Magnaflux to change all label designs from the home office with all printing taking place in the production facility to enable the customer to improve the way labels are printed and also to maintain high levels of control and accuracy critical to the company’s success.  The system will also support color images, which was not available with their previous system.

Kathie Green, Marketing Coordinator at Magnaflux, said, “We were using a labelling system that was not being supported. We were constantly fighting with the software to make it work. The software had to be removed and reinstalled on a regular basis.  In certain fields the font size would change randomly.  There was no support for the software so we were sunk and left on our own to figure out how to somehow make it work for our applications.”

Green continued, “We came across Episys and soon realized the solution they were able to supply would best suit our labeling requirements.  We have found the software user friendly and the support second to none.  As well as supplying Magnaflux with a new system, we recently acquired a new business that needs to redo their labeling system. The project is just starting but I am pushing the Episys labeling software.  In addition to that, we have sister companies in the UK, India, Brazil.  We are standardizing many things now and labelling may fall into this as the project moves ahead.”
